We work with trusted fulfillment partners to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.


🌍 Where we ship

We currently ship to:

  • European Union countries

  • United Kingdom

  • Additional destinations may be added soon

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.


⏳ Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing includes:

  • order verification

  • quality check

  • packaging

  • handover to the carrier

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.


🚚 Shipping times (estimated)

European Union: 5–12 business days
United Kingdom: 5–12 business days

Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Delays caused by customs, weather or carrier issues are outside our control — but we’ll always help if something goes wrong.


🔍 Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.

If you haven’t received tracking after 5 business days, please contact us.


💸 Customs, VAT & import fees

For most orders, VAT may be collected at checkout.

In rare cases, depending on your country’s regulations, additional customs or import fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

If you are unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.


🏠 Incorrect address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

  • If the order has not shipped yet — we will update it for you.

  • If the order has already shipped — we cannot change the address and are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information provided at checkout.


📦 Multiple-item orders

If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages to speed up delivery times.

You will receive individual tracking numbers when applicable.


❌ Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost:

  1. Contact the carrier using your tracking number

  2. Email us at support@nordvelle.com (or your email)

We will open an investigation and assist you.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • photos of the item

  • the packaging

  • your order number

We’ll take care of it.
